Every good story has a why.

The Brand Jar was created with a belief in doing things differently — a gentler, more intentional way of building brands. Its founder, Victoria Winter, a marketing expert with a Masters in Marketing, over ten years of experience, and a background in photography, had grown disheartened by the relentless pace of modern marketing. Small businesses and marketers were being pushed to chase trends, prioritise quantity over quality, and lose sight of the stories that made them unique.

Victoria imagined another way. Inspired by the beauty of simple living, she saw branding as a craft that deserved care and thoughtfulness. A process where purpose came first, where stories were told with heart, and where every decision felt true to the values at a brands core.

This philosophy became The Brand Jar — a place for brands to step away from the noise, rediscover what matters, and connect with their audiences in ways that feel honest and enduring. Here, branding isn’t about racing to keep up; it’s about creating something meaningful, something that lasts.

Purpose is like a compass — no matter how far you wander, it always points you where you need to go.
